To help ensure accurate ordering and product availability, Tony’s Family BBQ requires payment arrangements based on the checkout method selected.
Credit Card / Debit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay Orders Orders paid by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay are charged in full at checkout.
Please note that certain products are sold by variable weight and cannot be finalized until pickup or delivery. For orders containing these items, an estimated total may be charged initially, with the remaining balance adjusted and completed at pickup or delivery based on final product weight.
Cash, Venmo & Zelle Orders
Orders placed using Cash, Venmo, or Zelle require a non-refundable 25% deposit sent through Venmo or Zelle before the order can be fulfilled and confirmed.
The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.
Variable Weight Products
Some products are priced by weight and may vary slightly from the estimated total shown at checkout. Final pricing for these items will be determined once products are weighed and prepared for pickup or delivery.
Cancellation & Restocking Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the advance ordering required for many items, deposits are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of pickup or delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the products ordered and preparation already completed.
Special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered.
